Part B (Hardener)

How to use this epoxy calculator

Enter the surface area you’re covering and your target pour depth — 1/8″ is typical for a coating pour, deeper for river tables or casting. Pick your product’s mix ratio (check the label; 1:1 and 2:1 are the most common for tabletop epoxy) and it splits the total volume into Part A and Part B for you.

Formula

Volume (in³) = Area (ft²) × 144 × Depth (in)
Fluid Ounces = Volume × 0.554
Part A : Part B = Mix Ratio

Always mix by volume or weight exactly as your product specifies — off-ratio epoxy can stay tacky or never fully cure, and there’s no fixing that after the fact. Buy a little extra; running short mid-pour on a self-leveling coat is hard to patch cleanly.
